Refund Policy
At Ababil OTM, we strive to provide the best possible experience to our customers. Please read the following refund and return policy carefully before making a booking.
Refunds:
- Refund policies vary depending on the airlines and vendors. We recommend that you read their policies carefully before making a booking.
- If your booking is refundable, a refund will be initiated once we receive your refund request and it has been approved by the relevant airlines and vendors.
- After getting a refund from airlines and vendors, It may take up to 07 – 10 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Exceptions:
- In case of any refund request without proper causes and outside of the airline and vendor’s refund policy, we may decline the request for a refund.
- If the airline or vendor denies a refund due to non-compliance with their terms and conditions, Ababil OTM cannot be held responsible.
