- Authority reserves the right to make any kind of changes, enhancements to the package. (Authority reserves the right to change package rates according to Saudi Riyal exchange rate including flight date, hotel, transport, etc.)
- প্যাকেজের যেকোনো ধরনের পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ বহন করে। (ফ্লাইট ডেট, হোটেল, ট্রান্সপোর্ট, সহ সৌদি রিয়াল এক্সচেঞ্জ রেট অনুযায়ী প্যাকেজের রেট পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ রয়েছে)
- Arrive at the airport 04 (four) hours before the flight, otherwise the authorities will not be responsible if the flight is missed (make sure to understand the date and time of the flight).
- ফ্লাইট এর ০৪ (চার) ঘন্টা পূর্বে এয়ারপোের্ট এ উপস্থিত হবেন, অন্যথায় ফ্লাইট মিস হলে কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না (ফ্লাইট এর তারিখ এবং সময় ভাল করে বুঝিয়া নিবেন)।
- Inform your (Saudi) contact number Bangladesh and Saudi representative after reaching Makkah to provide proper service.
- সঠিক সেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে মক্কায় পৌঁছার পর আপনার (সৌদি) কন্টাক্ট নাম্বার বাংলাদেশ এবং সৌদি প্রতিনিধিকে অবহিত করুন।
- 02 (two) days prior to departure from Makkah to Madinah or Madinah to Makkah and 02 (two) days prior to the return flight should be informed to the representative of the Saudi company otherwise the company will not be responsible for any problems related to transportation.
- মক্কা থেকে মদিনা অথবা মদিনা থেকে মক্কা যাওয়ার ০২ (দুই) দিন পূর্বে এবং রিটার্ন ফ্লাইট এর ০২ (দুই) দিন পূর্বে সৌদি কোম্পানীর প্রতিনিধিকে জানাতে হবে অন্যথায় ট্রান্সপোর্ট জনিত কোন সমস্য হলে কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকিবে না।

- Booking should be confirmed by depositing 50% of booking money along with passport.
- পাসপোর্ট এর সাথে বুকিং মানি ৫০% জমা দিয়ে বুকিং কনফার্ম করিতে হইবে।
- After the package rate is determined through negotiation, the booking should be confirmed within 1 to 2 days. Otherwise the booking will be confirmed as per declared package rate or renegotiated package rate.
- আলোচনার মাধ্যমে প্যাকেজ রেট নির্ধারিত হওয়ার পর ১থেকে ২দিনের মধ্যে বুকিং কনফার্ম করিতে হইবে। অন্যথায় ঘোষিত প্যাকেজ রেট অনুযায়ী অথবা পুনঃ আলোচনায় প্যাকেজ রেটে বুকিং কনফার্ম হইবে।
- The booking must be confirmed at least 10 days before the scheduled flight date.
- ফ্লাইট ডেটের নির্ধারিত তারিখের মিনিমাম ১০দিন আগে বুকিং কনফার্ম করিতে হইবে।
